Returns: Fragrance oils are not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable.This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources. Shipping: Packages ALWAYS include delivery confirmation and larger packages are sent insured. At this time I ONLY SHIP WITHIN the US. I ship Monday-Friday (occasionally also Sat.) Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days of CLEARED payment. Current processing time is 2 days. I ALWAYS send an email to your paypal email address with the shipping details when the item is shipped. Payment: At this time I accept paypal, money orders and checks.
